• 订单满 $300 可享免费标准配送。未满该金额的订单，运费将在结账时按重量和目的地计算。
• 现货订单在 1–3 个工作日内（周一至周五）发出。预购单品在上方所示的发货日期发货，送达时间从该日起计算。
• 快递（DHL Express / UPS）：3–5 个工作日。标准配送：10–14 个工作日；部分目的地最长 25 个工作日。
• 订单一经发货，我们会立即通过电子邮件发送物流追踪信息。
• 结账时会显示您所在目的地的关税和税费是否已包含；如未包含，需在送达时向快递公司支付。如果您拒付海关费用，包裹将退回给我们；包裹到达后，我们会扣除原始运费、海关费用和退回运费，并将余额退还至您的原付款方式。

如果不合适

请在签收后 14 天内发送电子邮件至 [email protected]。单品必须未经穿着、未经洗涤，吊牌完好，且无化妆品、止汗剂或香水痕迹。

• 美国：可获得永不过期的商店积分，扣除 US$30 手续费（已包含预付退货运单）。
• 澳大利亚：可获得永不过期的商店积分，扣除 A$35 处理费（已包含预付退货运单）。
• 欧盟、欧洲经济区和英国：可在签收后 14 天内取消订单，并退款至您的原付款方式。退货运费由您承担。
• 亚洲：可选择商店积分（扣除 S$20 处理费）或换货。退货运费由您承担。

发错单品、损坏、污渍、痕迹或缺少部件：请在签收后 3 天内告知我们。只有试穿时才会发现的缺陷：请在 14 天内、穿着之前告知我们。请发送整件单品、问题部位以及仍挂着吊牌的照片。我们承担标准可追踪的退货运费：在美国和澳大利亚提供预付退货运单，其他地区则报销您的邮费，上限为我们批准退货时确认的金额。确认问题后，您可以选择换新或全额退款至原付款方式，不收取手续费。合身度、屏幕显示的颜色差异以及穿着造成的痕迹不属于缺陷；完整政策列明了哪些情况属于缺陷。

退货流程

3. 我们会发送您的预付退货运单（美国和澳大利亚）或退货地址。请在 7 天内寄出（欧盟、欧洲经济区和英国：在取消订单后 14 天内），并通过电子邮件将物流追踪号码发给我们。
4. 退货会转寄至我们的主仓库进行检验，通常需要约 5 周。到达后 3–5 个工作日内，我们将发放商店积分、完成换货或办理退款。

How to use this guide

The chart below shows the body measurements each size is designed to fit, not the garment's own measurements. Fit varies by silhouette: fitted bodices, structured waists and smocked panels sit close to these numbers, while relaxed and draped styles allow more room. Where a piece fits differently, its exact measurements are listed on the product page under "Fit & Sizing" and take priority over this chart. Measure yourself following the guide below and check that section before ordering.

Between sizes?

Go by the measurement the piece fits most closely: bust for fitted and strapless bodices, waist for defined-waist styles, hips for skirts and trousers. In non-stretch fabrics such as LumiSatin™, choose the larger size; a tailor can take a piece in, but not let it out. In AirMesh™ and other stretch fabrics, the smaller size gives the cleaner fit. We'll confirm your size within 24 hours, before you order.

Prefer an exact fit? Most styles can be made to your measurements. Email [email protected] with the piece and your bust, waist, hips and height, and we'll confirm availability, lead time and any additional cost before you order. Because a custom-sized piece is cut for you alone, we confirm every measurement with you in writing first, and it can't be returned or exchanged.
