We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping (via DHL Express or UPS) worldwide.

Delivery timeframes vary by region and are based on courier estimates. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.


Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are covered in selected markets. For other destinations, import charges may apply depending on local customs regulations.

The most accurate way to confirm whether duties and taxes are included for your order is at checkout. If these charges are covered, this will be clearly indicated. If not shown as included, any applicable import duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure shipments are handled as efficiently and thoughtfully as possible for customers worldwide.

If customs charges are refused:

  • Original shipping costs and any customs charges incurred are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS

We understand that sometimes a piece may not be the right fit. Our return policy is designed to be fair while respecting the limited nature of our collections.


🇺🇸 🇦🇺 🇪🇺 — Change of Mind Returns

Customers in the United States, Australia, and the European Union may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Handling Fee

A return handling fee starting from $25 applies to change-of-mind returns. This fee covers return shipping and processing costs.

As shipping costs vary based on the size and number of items in your return, the final amount will be confirmed prior to approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–5 working days.

Store credit:

  • Does not expire

  • Can be used toward any future purchase


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, you may be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

To qualify:

  • Report the issue within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and/or unboxing video showing the condition upon arrival.

  • The defect must be verified upon inspection.

No return handling fee applies for approved faulty or incorrect items.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable local laws.


🌍 Rest of World — Exchanges

For markets outside the US, Australia, and the EU, we offer exchanges only.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return and reshipment shipping costs.

  • Exchanges may be made for another size, color, or style of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid).

Only one exchange per order is permitted.


EXCLUSIONS

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items marked Final Sale

  • Accessories

  • Items worn for events, press, photoshoots, or styling purposes

  • Items returned outside the allowed timeframe

All returned items are subject to inspection before store credit or refund approval.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Email [email protected] with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Photos (and unboxing video if reporting a defect)

    • Reason for return or exchange

  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our Customer Care team (2–3 working days; longer during Vietnam public holidays).

  3. Ship the item back according to the provided instructions.

  4. Once received and inspected (10–14 working days), your store credit, exchange, or approved refund will be processed.

  5. You will receive confirmation once completed.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
For Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines, we cover all charges. For other countries, duties may apply depending on local regulations unless you choose a prepaid option at checkout.

Can I request a refund instead of store credit?
Refunds are only available for approved faulty or incorrect items. Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit only.

What happens if I refuse customs charges?
If customs fees are refused, original shipping costs and customs charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will also be deducted.
