Shipping

• Complimentary standard shipping on orders $300+. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
• In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday). Pre-order pieces ship on the ship-out date shown above, with delivery time counted from then.
• Express: DHL Express 3–5 working days, UPS 7–9 working days. Standard: 10–14 working days; up to 25 for some destinations.
• Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
• Duties and taxes are included on standard shipping to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. On DHL and UPS express, and for other destinations, they're payable to the courier on delivery; checkout shows which applies. If customs charges are refused, the parcel comes back to us; once it arrives, we deduct the original shipping, customs charges and return shipping, and refund the balance to your original payment method.

Getting the size right first

Between sizes? Send your bust, waist, hips and height, and the piece you're considering, to [email protected], by Instagram DM, or through Ask a question above. We'll confirm your size within 24 hours, before you order.

If it isn't right

Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery in the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland, or within 14 days everywhere else. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and no makeup, deodorant or perfume marks.

• US: a refund to your original payment method, less a US$30 processing fee that includes your prepaid label, or store credit of the same amount.
• Australia: a refund to your original payment method, less an A$30 processing fee that includes your prepaid label, or store credit of the same amount.
• EU, EEA and UK: cancel within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is at your cost.
• Asia: store credit (less an S$20 processing fee) or an exchange. Return shipping is at your cost.
• Everywhere else, including the Middle East, Canada and Mexico: store credit (less a US$25 processing fee) or an exchange. Return shipping is at your cost.

If we got it wrong

Wrong piece, damage, stains, marks or missing parts: tell us within 3 days of delivery. Defects that only show when you try the piece on: within 14 days, before it's worn. Send photos of the whole piece, the issue and the tags still attached. We cover standard tracked return shipping: a prepaid label in the US and Australia, or elsewhere a refund of your postage, up to the limit we confirm when we approve your return. Once we've confirmed the issue, you choose a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, with no handling fee. Fit, color differences on screen and marks from wear aren't faults; the full policy lists what counts.

How it works

1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the reason and photos.
2. We reply within 2–3 working days with the fee, the conditions and your options, and you reply to confirm your choice. (EU, EEA and UK: our reply includes the return address.)
3. We send your prepaid label (US and Australia) or the return address. Drop off or send your parcel within 7 days of receiving your label or the return address (EU, EEA and UK: within 14 days of canceling), and email us the tracking number.
4. Returns are sent on to our main warehouse for inspection, which usually takes about 5 weeks. Store credit, an exchange or a refund follows within 3–5 working days of arrival.

Please note

Custom-sized and custom-color pieces can't be returned unless faulty. Outside the EU, EEA and UK, the same applies to Final Sale pieces, accessories, and pieces worn for events, press or photoshoots.
