Shipping
- Complimentary standard shipping on orders $300+. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
- In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday). Pre-order pieces ship on the ship-out date shown above, with delivery time counted from then.
- Express (DHL Express / UPS): 3–5 working days. Standard: 10–14 working days; up to 25 for some destinations.
- Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
- Checkout shows whether duties and taxes are included for your destination; where they aren't, they're payable to the courier on delivery. If customs charges are refused, the parcel comes back to us; once it arrives, we deduct the original shipping, customs charges and return shipping, and refund the balance to your original payment method.
Getting the size right first
Between sizes? Send your bust, waist, hips and height, and the piece you're considering, to [email protected], by Instagram DM, or through Ask a question above. We'll confirm your size within 24 hours, before you order.
If it isn't right
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and no makeup, deodorant or perfume marks.
- US: store credit that never expires, less a US$25 handling fee that includes your prepaid label.
- Australia: store credit that never expires, less a US$25 processing fee. You send the piece to our returns point in Australia at your cost.
- EU, EEA and UK: cancel within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is at your cost.
- Everywhere else: store credit (less a US$25 processing fee) or an exchange. Return shipping is at your cost.
If we got it wrong
Wrong piece, damage, stains, marks or missing parts: tell us within 3 days of delivery. Defects that only show when you try the piece on: within 14 days, before it's worn. Send photos of the whole piece, the issue and the tags still attached. We cover the return shipping: a prepaid label in the US, or a refund of your return postage elsewhere. Once we've confirmed the issue, you choose a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, with no handling fee. Fit, color differences on screen and marks from wear aren't faults; the full policy lists what counts.
How it works

- We reply within 2–3 working days with your label or the return address. Ship within 7 days (EU, EEA and UK: within 14 days of canceling).
- Once your return arrives at our return facility, store credit, an exchange or a refund is issued within 3–5 working days.
Please note
Custom-sized and custom-color pieces can't be returned unless faulty. Outside the EU, EEA and UK, the same applies to Final Sale pieces, accessories, and pieces worn for events, press or photoshoots.

Fit varies by silhouette: fitted bodices, structured waists and smocked panels sit close to these numbers, while relaxed and draped styles allow more room. Measure yourself following the guide below and check that section before ordering.
Between sizes?
Go by the measurement the piece fits most closely: bust for fitted and strapless bodices, waist for defined-waist styles, hips for skirts and trousers. In non-stretch fabrics such as LumiSatin™, choose the larger size; a tailor can take a piece in, but not let it out. In AirMesh™ and other stretch fabrics, the smaller size gives the cleaner fit. Prefer an exact fit? Most styles can be made to your measurements. Because a custom-sized piece is cut for you alone, we confirm every measurement with you in writing first, and it can't be returned or exchanged.

Where is COCO SIN based and where are your products made?
COCO SIN is proudly based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where we also operate an offline store for you to experience our collections in person. All of our pieces are 100% designed and produced in Vietnam, supporting local craftsmanship and quality manufacturing.
