- Complimentary standard shipping on orders $300+. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
- In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday). Pre-order pieces ship on the ship-out date shown above, with delivery time counted from then.
- Express (DHL Express / UPS): 3–5 working days. Standard: 10–14 working days; up to 25 for some destinations.
- Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
- Whether duties and taxes are included depends on your destination and is shown at checkout. Where they're not included, they're payable to the courier on delivery. If customs charges are refused, the parcel is returned to us; once it arrives, we deduct all the associated costs (i.e outbound and return, etc.) and refund the balance to your original payment method.
Getting the size right first
Between sizes? Send your bust, waist, hips and height, and the piece you're considering, to [email protected], by Instagram DM, or through Ask a question above. We'll confirm your size within 24 hours, before you order.
If it isn't right
Let us know within 14 days of delivery. Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags and packaging intact can be exchanged for another size where stock allows, or returned for store credit that never expires. A return handling fee from $25 covers return shipping and processing; we confirm the exact amount before your return is approved.
If we got it wrong
A faulty or incorrect piece is refunded in full to your original payment method, with no handling fee. Report it within 14 days of delivery with a few photos or a short unboxing video taken on arrival, and we'll resolve it in one reply.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the reason, and photos (an unboxing video if reporting a fault).
- We reply with instructions and the return address within 2–3 working days.
- Ship the piece back as instructed. Once it arrives and passes inspection, your store credit, exchange or refund is issued within 3–5 working days.

Fit varies by silhouette: fitted bodices, structured waists and smocked panels sit close to these numbers, while relaxed and draped styles allow more room. Measure yourself following the guide below and check that section before ordering.
Between sizes?
Go by the measurement the piece fits most closely: bust for fitted and strapless bodices, waist for defined-waist styles, hips for skirts and trousers. In non-stretch fabrics such as LumiSatin™, choose the larger size; a tailor can take a piece in, but not let it out. In AirMesh™ and other stretch fabrics, the smaller size gives the cleaner fit. Prefer an exact fit? Most styles can be made to your measurements. Email [email protected] with the piece and your bust, waist, hips and height, and we'll confirm availability, lead time and any additional cost before you order. Because a custom-sized piece is cut for you alone, we confirm every measurement with you in writing first, and it can't be returned or exchanged.
